Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Jurnalin account and the data associated with your account.

1. Delete your account from the app

You can delete your account directly from the Jurnalin app by opening Settings, going to the profile menu, and selecting Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app to complete the request.

If your account owns a business or workspace, the app may ask you to delete it or transfer ownership before the account can be deleted.

2. Request deletion outside the app

If you cannot access the app, send a request to jurnalin@semakode.com with the subject Jurnalin Account Deletion Request.

Use the email address connected to your Jurnalin account so we can verify account ownership before processing deletion.

3. Data deleted

Account deletion includes your profile data, account access, businesses or workspaces you own, accounting records, journals, chart of accounts, reports, and other related data stored in the Jurnalin service.

Some data may be retained temporarily where required for security, abuse prevention, transaction audits, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or subscription and payment records.

4. Processing time

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time after verification is complete. Once data is permanently deleted, it cannot be restored.
