1. Service description

Jurnalin is a simple bookkeeping app designed specifically for small businesses. The app provides journal recording, chart of accounts, financial reports, and various supporting features to help you manage your business finances with ease.

Jurnalin includes Smart Journal and Voice Journal features that use artificial intelligence to help you create journal drafts from text or voice input. The generated drafts are suggestions and you must review and edit them before approving and recording them into your books.

On the free plan, advertisements are displayed within the app to support providing the free service. Paid plans provide an ad-free experience and additional features.

2. Accounts and access

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including login credentials such as email and password. Do not share your login information with others and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and updated if there are changes. Inaccurate information may affect our ability to provide the service properly.

3. Subscription and payments

Some premium features are available through paid plans. New users automatically receive a 14-day Pro trial to try premium features before deciding to subscribe.

Each plan has specific usage limits you should be aware of, including the number of journals that can be created per month, the number of accounts that can be added, and usage quotas for AI features like Smart Journal and Voice Journal.

Subscription payments are processed through official and secure channels such as Google Play Store for Android or the Windows distribution channel we provide. We never request payment information directly via email or chat.

4. Permitted use

You agree to use the Jurnalin service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Use for illegal activities or violating the rights of others is strictly prohibited.

You may not attempt to access, modify, or delete another business's data without clear permission from the data owner. Any violation will be strictly enforced and may result in account termination.

5. Data ownership

The data you enter into Jurnalin, including accounting data and other business information, remains yours entirely. You have full control over your data.

We process and store that data only for the purpose of providing the Jurnalin service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for purposes other than those described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

Jurnalin is provided as is without guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. We strive hard to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

Jurnalin is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. For important business decisions, we recommend consulting with qualified professionals in their respective fields.

7. Account termination

You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account through the app settings or by contacting us. There is no penalty fee for account termination.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if there is a serious violation of these terms, suspicious usage, or activity that harms the service or other users.
